Love or fear. It's your choice.

The Internet's buzzing with excitement and curiosity about the "Fire the Grid" event on July 17. At 11:11 GMT, people around the world will join in an hour of peace, joy and healing for the planet.

With Pluto exactly aligned with the center of our galaxy on that date, this is indeed an auspicious moment to focus our intent in a worldwide meditation. Pluto roots out and expunges darkness from the subconscious. Pluto is about power. When and where have you given yours away? What are the fears that keep you from expressing your highest potential? The Galactic Center obliterates mat ter, reconfigures it and forms entirely new worlds. This is the creative heart center of our galaxy. The Core. Vishnunabi.

Both Pluto and the Galactic Center annihilate in order to create. Their alignment forms a cosmic portal for Divine Love to be transmitted through us into the Earth grid. The channel works both ways, so your state of being at this time will be transmitted throughout the cosmos via the portal. Will you choose love or fear?

Shelley Yates created the Fire the Grid project after she and her son survived a car accident in which they both "died." Shelley was given the date for the worldwide event by interdimensional "Light Beings" who have guided her since the day of the accident. She didn't know about the astro significance of the date, and it doesn't matter.

July 17 is a moment of extreme opportunity, unlike a ny we've experienced in our lifetime. Pluto only crosses the Galactic Center every 248 years. The first exact conjunction in this cycle was December 28, 2006, and the final pass will be October 26/27, 2007. Now in "retrograde" motion, Pluto is slowly, methodically burrowing into the depths of our individual and collective psyches, handing us our fears on a golden platter to be vaporized, once and for all, if we'll only allow it. The potential for transformation is enormous. In this cosmic moment, you may find your bliss, your purpose, your divinity, your essence. Freedom.

And then there are the detractors. Those with suspicions, fear, even hostility. Who's controlling this Yates woman? What's their agenda?

** A note on timing: The higher dimensional frequencies accessed during a planetary meditation like this exist outside time and space, so you don't need to do it at the exact time suggested if it's not convenient for you. Embracing Change

Pluto's transit of the Galactic Center is reaching peak intensity, and we're all feeling it. Our evolutionary proces s is being speeded up. What was hidden is now revealed - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. What do you notice in your being?

As we move into our power, big changes are on the horizon. We haven't been conditioned to enjoy change, so we resist it on deep levels. Health challenges may surface, especially in the areas of the heart, lungs and liver. As new neural pathways are created, the nervous system, brain and mental-emotional complex are deeply affected. Headaches, sleeplessnes, stress, anxiety, emotional volatility, even panic are common. You might feel itchy, jittery, scattered or notice a racing beneath the surface of your skin. The palms of your hands or soles of your feet may heat up or tingle.

The Earth herself is changing. The animals and other creatures feel it, too. So much energy is moving through us, ramping us up to a higher level of consciousness. We can direct this energy to ourselves, our loved ones, the Earth and all of creation to assist in the flow and transformation. When we do this together, with collective intent, the effect goes quantum. (This is, in part, what Fire the Grid is about.)

In these times, we're all learning to embrace change, the art of letting go. Here are some practices that may help ease the transition.

- Daily meditation. Twice a day, at least 15 minutes each time. Open, align and balance the chakras. Connect with the cosmos; ground deeply with Mother Earth.

- Breathwork. The traditional so'ham breath is extremely helpful in transcending anxiety and stress. This simple breathing technique is explained well on this web site: http://www.geocities.com/yogasimple/meditation.html

- Movement. Brisk cardiovascular exercise every day. Dance, yoga, t'ai chi, pilates, etc.

- Commune in nature. Walk, hike, bike, swim. Sleep under the stars.

- Develop a support network with others on a path of mastery and service. Release non-supportive relationships.

- Focus. Set clear intentions and express them in ceremony, prayer, poem, dance, song, art, etc.

- Transformational healing. Energy and bodywork, aromatherapy, flower essences, sacred sound and acupuncture are particularly effective.

- Surrender. A divine intelligence overlights us every moment of every day. Trust in the Universe, Great Mystery, God, your angels or whatever you believe in to guide you through the changes toward a life of joy, meaning and fulfillment.

And finally . . . now and forever, Love. Open your heart to the waves of Divine Love streaming into the Earth grid. Celebrate this unprecedented opportunity to love ourselves, each other and the planet, and to transmit heartfelt joy throughout the cosmos.
